Terms of Service
Last updated: August 24, 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing or using the HEROH website, Digital Hub, orientation services, or related products (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Services
HEROH provides home orientation capture, property asset documentation, emergency shut-off reference materials, and Digital Hub access subject to your order, subscription, and applicable payment terms. Features may change as we improve the product.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate contact and property information. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter a binding contract to place an order.
4. Orders, pricing & payment
Prices are shown at checkout based on square footage, add-ons, and any custom quote. Payment may be processed instantly via Stripe (card / ACH) or, for eligible Builder Handover orders, by manual invoice on Net-30 or Net-45 terms. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of private Hub features until payment is received.
5. Property access & orientation visits
You authorize HEROH advisors (or contractors we designate) to access the property at the scheduled time to perform orientation capture. You are responsible for providing safe access, accurate gate/lockbox information, and disclosing known hazards.
6. Content & media
Videos, photos, manuals, and other assets uploaded to or captured for your property remain associated with that property orientation / hub. You grant HEROH a limited license to store, process, and display that content to deliver the Services. Video allowances and capture rules (duration, file size, format) apply as disclosed at order and capture time.
7. Emergency / public access
Public QR / placard access is intended to surface life-safety shut-off guidance without requiring a login. Use of emergency materials is subject to the Emergency Shut-Off Liability Disclaimer.
8. Subscriptions & renewals
Orientation orders typically include Year-1 Digital Hub access. Renewals may be billed annually or monthly thereafter at the rates shown at purchase or in your billing dashboard. Failure to renew may limit private dashboard features while public emergency shut-off content may remain available as described in product materials.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” HEROH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT CAPTURED MEDIA, SHUT-OFF LOCATIONS, OR PROPERTY DATA ARE COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR EMERGENCY RESPONSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEROH DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEROH AND ITS AFFILIATES, ADVISORS, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO AN ORDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO HEROH FOR THAT ORDER IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice.
